Wine Time – Shuffleboard, Table Arcade, Play Set

This beautiful modern cabin is situated in sought after Southern Hills just off the foothills of Beavers Bend Park. Welcoming up to 14 people & pet friendly, Wine Time has all the comforts of home wrapped in luxury. With four identical master suites plus a bunk room, this magical cabin welcomes you in with an open concept oversized kitchen, dining, and living room with large windows to take in the beautiful view of the surrounding forest and seasonal creek.

Cook to your hearts content in our oversized kitchen with gas range and large island, or throw some stakes or kabobs on the grill. Enjoy a round of shuffleboard, lounge by the fireplace while listening to your favorite station on our bluetooth speaker while playing Giant Jinga. Grab an outdoor throw and watch the sun dance in the trees or listen to the peaceful sounds of the nighttime forest on our private deck or in our perfectly placed hammock. On those cooler nights, grab a glass of wine and kick on that outdoor heater to stay toasty. Relax those tired muscles in our private hot tub or roast some marshmallows by the fire pit. Don't forget the horseshoes or corn hole! Perfect for mid sized families or friends getaways, Wine Time will wrap you and your party in comfort on your next getaway!

Southern Hills is off the main entrance into Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake. The cabin is accessible by any vehicle.

There are some steep terrains that lead to amazing views. The rural area leaves most neighborhoods with rural roads that are rougher than city roads. Each cabin sits on at least 1 acre. All lots are open with no fencing.

Southern Hills is located on the south side of Hochatown right off the main entrance into Beavers Bend Park. Heavily treed with inclines and declines, Southern Hills is wonderful for the avid walker or jogger.

Check-in is keyless. Personalized door codes are provided prior to check-in. Cabin will be available and codes active from 4:00pm on day of check in to 10:00am on day of check out. Early check in and late check out are unavailable.

We utilize a professional housekeeping company. All housekeeping fees go directly to the housekeeping company. Housekeepers provide all mandatory cleaning and cabin staging to the best of their abilities between each guest. This includes but is not limited to laundering linens, towels, entry and bath rugs, putting away clean dishes, cleaning all appliances, sanitizing all highly touched surfaces, sinks, showers, grill, drain & sanitize hot tub.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseeable events such as sickness, weather, family emergencies, etc. that will result in you or your party being unable to go on your vacation. Purchasing travel insurance is the responsibility of the person making the reservation.

Bug Spray is highly recommended during warmer months. If hiking, long socks & proper boots are recommended. Beware of poison ivy & oak in the woods as well as other pests.

Driving directions starting from Broken Bow's main intersection (US-259 and US-70) travel North on HWY US-259 for approximately 5 miles, take a right onto 259A (At large sign into Beavers Bends Park). Look for Southern Hills sign on the right roughly a half mile down the road, turn right onto Southern Hills Circle at sign. Follow Southern Hills Circle to the fork in the road, stay/turn right then immediately left onto Hidden Water Rd. Turn right onto Bentwater Rd. Turn left onto Candlefish Rd. Wine Time is the 3rd cabin on the left.

I do live semi close to the area and typically drive by or near all the cabins daily. I give my guests space but am available when needed by email at book@kowiproperties.com or phone.

ATV's and other type vehicles are not permitted to use throughout neighborhood per HOA rules.

Guest Agrees To:

Be respectful to entirety of property and surrounding cabins as you would wish others would your home
Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM

Check Out Instructions:
Checkout: 10AM
· Place used towels (up to 6 large towels at a time) in washer & start cycle, leave others in laundry room
· Put used dishes in dishwasher & start cycle
· Pick up trash in and around cabin and place in trashcan by the street for pickup
· Leave beds unmade for laundering
· Remove all food & drinks
· Logout of any personal streaming accounts you may have logged into
· Please check to make sure all doors are locked upon your departure
Fireplaces turn on by timer switch (available from October-Mid March)
Hot Tub is drained and sanitized between each guest. If hot tub is not at desired temperature upon arrival, it is heating
Do Not remove burnt wood from fire pit

Pets are not allowed in beds, on furniture or cabin linens
Pets must be leashed outside of cabin
