Your reservation must reflect accurately the number of guests in your party. Minimum Stay: Our cabins may require a minimum stay of two or three nights, depending on the time of year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or high season. NO Daily Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Check OUT Policy: Before your departure we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy. • Please dispose of all indoor trash into outdoor bins. • Wash all used dishes. Simply leave beds un-made. • Please start a load of white towels • For safety reasons please be sure all doors and windows are locked, fireplaces are turned off, hot tub cover is on, and thermostat is set between 72-74 • Remember to remove all your personal items from the refrigerator, pantry, closets, drawers, and under beds. • There is an extra service fee if cabin is left untidy. Fee depends on condition of the cabin and additional cleaning staff required. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the guest will not be permitted to check in. The master bedrooms with en suites were the perfect size, beautifully decorated and clean. The large bunk room, arcade area and movie room were a huge hit with the kids and adults. The kitchen was decently stocked- could use some rubber spatula and new pans but overall it was a great space and we cooked several meals. The big windows made it feel like we were in the trees. The house was incredibly well setup and in great condition. Plenty of space and amenities, all of which were in perfect working order. Plenty of room to spread out when everyone needed a break but awesome gathering areas. Boys loved the hot tub and dads loved the fire pit. 100% would go back. Thanks! ##### Mike S. Hats off to the interior design team. The first step into the front door makes a grand statement, and it just goes on from there. The overall space planning, scale and layout are so impressive and expressive. As we gathered daily out on the enclosed terrace deck, one of our group made the comment: "they did a fantastic job of "bringing the outdoors, indoors". That was so well said. This was probably the favorite common space for our visit. All the rooms and bedrooms with private bathrooms met or exceeded expectations. I would also say this street and this part of the street is the premier spot in this development. The views, the woodsy preservation, and the walking opportunities make it the top choice in this Hochatown subdivision. ##### Jane F. From the beginning to the end was a smooth process and the stay was beyond amazing for me and the entire Family. We didn’t want to go and leave The Enclave for nothing. The cabin was beyond expectations and the pictures shown were good but being there in the atmosphere was the Real Thing. Nobody wanted to leave to go home. We will definitely be back.
