We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was spacious and beautiful with lots of things to do!! Enjoyed all of the gaming options and the porches were great for early morning coffee or for relaxing in the evening! Management was quick to respond to questions and helpful. Would stay there again!!
The lay out of the home was our favorite. Perfect play and privacy. We played ping pong & pool non stop and no one had to wait “their turn”. The hot tub was a perfect 104 and CLEAN!! Fire pit was nice outdoors touch. The roads in and out were an adventure too!! We were very grateful for the upper level parking as well as the bottom. Gray do 4 vehicles. Beds were so comfy we didn’t need our 2” travel toppers. We really really enjoyed the time there and made so many great memories.
The house is well served with everything, it just needs to improve a little in the cleaning of the external balconies, because they had spider wets and dust, but this did not harm our satisfaction in staying in this place at all!
Property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Our group varied in ages so a refrigerator in the lower game room area would be nice as not to bother the older folks upstairs. Hand towels for the kitchen, linens for the pull out beds and maybe a broom and dust pan would come in handy but nothing to fuss about. Also maybe a hard copy of all the rules listed in the cabin for everyone to read and and follow for the people not tech savy. We all enjoyed the property from grilling on the deck, cooking in the kitchen, getting in the hot tub ,playing ping pong to making s’mores at the fire pit and just relaxing.
Beautiful property. Only complaint there was no broom or dust pan available to clean up some chip we spilled. We bought one and left it for your next guest.
House was beautiful, a lot to for games and billiards, but the AC in the master on the main floor wasn’t cooling and it was the end of July. It was so bad, I slept on the couch upstairs. After getting in contact with the management company and finding out they couldn’t get a AC company to come out, they said they’d reach out to the owner and see what kind of refund the owner would offer. For two days, the owners knocked off 100.
The Hot tub is not very private, but that didn't really matter to us. The problem with the hot tub was the horrible smell. I'm not sure if it was the lid or the water, or maybe the flooring it was on, but it smelled like mildew and after getting out of it and in the shower, we had a gritty feeling on our bodies. It was not exactly my idea of clean. Not good at all. The really only other two complaints we had was there were maybe four washcloths in the entire cabin and no sponges or cloths to wash dishes with. There were7 of us staying there and 5 or 6 bathrooms, but not all bathrooms had washcloths. We bought washcloths and sponges at Walmart and left them there, but it was advertised to include those items from my understanding. Me and my husband stayed on the main floor and the water for the bathtub would not get hot at all. We ran it for a very long time and it would barely get warm. Not warm enough for a bath at all. Besides the hot tub and other couple of issues, the rest of the cabin was very, very clean and beautiful. It fit our family wonderfully. We loved the main balcony and spent the majority of our time out there and we loves that everyone almost had a floor to themselves.
