# Modern Twist ## Luxury Broken Bow Cabin Near Hochatown with Four King Suites,

  • Modern Twist is a single story Large, Luxurious, Modern Cabin that is completed with everything your family could need! You will find 3 King bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms one of these King rooms will have a daybed and trundle. The fourth King will share a bathroom with the Large Bunk room with 4 Triple Twin Bunks! Must have valid DL as well as send front and back can not be an identification card or passport as we do not accept those. Will also have to send a photo of the front and back of your credit or debit card showing the name on the card as well as he last 4 digits as well.

    Modern Twist has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends. All you need to bring is the food! There is even a gas grill for outdoor cooking and propane is provided. Once the meal is prepared you'll find all the dishes and flatware needed to serve the number of guest the cabin accommodates. Afterwards just toss everything in the two dishwashers and relax in the outdoor hot tub or in front of the indoor gas fireplace!

    Off the Living room you will find a game room with a Pool table and Retro Video Arcade that features of 60 games like Ms. Pacman and Glaga! Outdoors there is also plenty of things for the family and friends to do, Enjoy a Competitive game of horseshoes, sit around the fire-pit, play a game of Corn Hole, Play ground Fort provided for the kids, and SO MUCH MORE!

    The outdoors of this luxurious cabin have:
    A porch with a covered deck, hot tub, outdoor dining area, outdoor fireplace, Gas grill with all the utensils you need, a fire pit and lawn chairs for you and your family to sit around and enjoy the company of each other!

    Modern Twist is also just a short walk to the Hochatown Strip Mall! Featuring all the Shopping and food your heart could desire! OR jump in the car and take a short 3-5 Min Drive to the Broken Bow Lake or the Beavers Bend State Park!

    PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN AIR MATTRESS AND BEDDING FOR 2 GUESTS.

    Comfortably sleeps 22 with provided bedding.

    Maximum Total Occupancy: 24 guests with PERSONAL Air mattress for extra guests (total includes adults, children and infants). Exceeding maximum total occupancy, regardless of the guests age, will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.
