  • It's About Pine Cabin in Broken Bow | Modern Farmhouse Family Retreat

    The Experience
It’s About Pine is a charming modern farmhouse cabin in a quiet cul-de-sace located in Broken Bow, designed for families or small groups who want a bright, comfortable stay with room for everyone to spread out. Its welcoming style, close proximity to Beavers Bend State Park, and easy access to Hochatown make it a lovely base for both relaxing and exploring.

The layout includes a king bedroom on the main floor and a spacious upstairs king bedroom that also features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with another twin-over-twin bunk in the loft. With two full baths, an open living area, and a foosball table, the cabin balances comfort and fun in a way that works especially well for mixed-age groups.

Outside, the cabin now offers even more room to enjoy the wooded setting, with more than 1,100 square feet of outdoor deck space, a newly added playground, and an outdoor dining area with a table for shared meals in the fresh air. The balcony is another standout feature, giving guests a peaceful place to take in the surroundings, while the covered back deck, separate hot tub patio, and outdoor wood-burning firepit make it easy to unwind after a day at the lake or on the trails. Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, wineries, breweries, mini golf, petting zoos, helicopter rides, and train excursions are all nearby for guests who want to experience more of the area.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

    Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

    What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Family Trip to Beavers Bend, OK

My husband and I took my elderly mom and dad for a vacation stay at this FABULOUS little place in the woods. We had one of our favorite trips ever! The place was exactly as stated on the site except better. We were just a short distance from Beavers Bend State Park which is right where we wanted to be. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to go back again.

We enjoyed a very peaceful Christmas holiday here. Loved how the host decorated for the holidays. We relaxed, enjoyed the patio, played games and cooked some great food in the large kitchen. The cabin is in very good condition, no issues. We were close to a local market, hiked at Beavers Bend, and went into town for our favorite pizza at Grateful Head. It was a fun week
