Luxurious cabin in the 💚 of town. Construction near.

Beautiful cedar and white pine cabin located in the heart of Hochatown. Nice 3 bed 3 bath. Wrap around porches. Hot tub for 6 This is a very cozy cabin close to all the wonderful amenities of Hochatown. Are you pulling a boat? No worries. This cabin is located right off highway 259. Very easy access. The back overlooks a small creek everyone is sure to love. Ready to relax in the evening and sit by the fire pit? We have that covered as well. Gas grill is provided. Large dining table plenty of room for 8. There is also a bar that seats 4. Fully equipped kitchen. There are so many things to love about this cabin. Most of all it is just downright relaxing. Porches every where, sit, relax and enjoy. There is a beautiful stone fireplace. Outside you will enjoy strolling along the creek or sitting by the firepit and enjoying some smores. Located across from Hochatown Saloon. Walking distance to great dinning and shopping at the Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. This cabin is located off a road that runs parallel to 259. Hochatown is growing and becoming increasingly busy. There is some road noise. Just like to put that out there because some people come expecting to be in a isolated quite area. Hochatown is quite a hustling and bustling community with that being said there is development near this cabin. There is a rv park behind the cabin as of 5/2/22 it is not open. It is very clean and nice spot for RV's. This cabin is on a dirt/ rock road so there is dust. During the Spring there is pollen. We do wash the cabin exterior and porches down before a stay but please know being in a rural setting there will be dirt and dust. I only mention this because every now and then someone will leave a negative comment about this. Also there is development all around. If you are wanting total seclusion this is not the spot for you. If you want a clean affordable cabin this is perfect. This cabin is not brand new. It doesn’t have a million amenities. It has lots of simple great character. A quaint cozy little place to rest while in town. I want to disclose the construction even more because lately although it says there is construction a handful of people say there is construction. It has always said that but then they go on to leave that in their review. Most people know that is not it if my control and only let me know if there is something that truly needs to be addressed. I welcome that. I can not however control dust nor construction.

Cabin was sooo cute and super cozy. Location is super close to everything. The hot tub was wonderful anf the firepit area was great! Steaks were yummy on the grill. Plenty of space. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Brother’s weekend away

This place was perfect for me and my brother’s. Just wanted a weekend getaway where we could relax and catch up and this place provided everything we needed. We’d definitely come back.

Great vacation spot

We had a long weekend stay with our extended family (5 adults and 2 kids) and this spot was perfect! Great location, central to all activities. Cabin had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great time. The online listing is accurate regarding the nearby construction. If you want a secluded cabin in the woods, this is not it. The kids had fun exploring the small creek in the backyard and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

Peace!

This was exactly what my family and I were looking for! The most perfect beautiful cabin and the upmost peaceful relaxing place to be. Listening to the creek in the early morning and listening to the nature at night while enjoying the hot tub! We will definitely be back! Birthday Celebration

This lovely home was so comfy and conveniently located. Sadly, the weather was stormy, and we spent much of our time indoors. Thankfully, the hot tub was fabulous, and the beautifully located house offered everything needed for an extended stay. Most importantly, my husband enjoyed his "birthday" getaway, and we will happily stay again!

great location

so many broken bow cabins are 15-20 minutes from the things to do, such as restaurants. This one is so close to everything. Accommodations were exactly what the family needed for a girls trip.

The cabin was large enough for six but cozy enough for lots of family time. Very centrally located too so the fun stuff. The host was super easy to contact. Highly recommend and will rent there again. Thank you Amy for a delightful stay!

Thanksgiving with family

This was a perfect spot and cabin size for the us and our two adult kids. 28 of our family got together for thanksgiving so we needed multiple cabins. This place was very comfortable and fit our needs.

We stayed for a girls vaca and the cabin was decorated SO cute for Christmas. Very pretty cabin, very well appointed and host was very nice! Good location too! Ignore any comments on dust, this is common in the area and to be expected.

My second time staying here and already making plans to come back. This cabin is perfect. Very well stocked And spotless. We love the screened in porch and large deck. The host is very responsive. Everything was wonderful. Can't wait to get back!!

Great cabin, Great location and amazing stay!

My fiancé and I had a amazing time. Great for a quick weekend getaway. The cabin has really everything for you need and is close to town if you need to grab something fast. The host was was very quick to respond (literally within minutes). I was very happy with how clean the cabin was as well.

Bachelorette Weekend

This place is stunning! Very homey and peaceful. Perfect location to easily get to places in Hochatown and Broken Bow. Read some reviews about traffic but honestly wasn't anything more than you have in your own neighborhood and was barely noticeable. I would 100٪ recommend this location. It's a great place, roomy and affordable!

Friends’ getaway!

The cabin was wonderful!! It was very clean and decorated so cute! It was even decorated for Christmas! It was so nice to have three bathrooms! We enjoyed the hot tub, long kitchen table where we could all sit and visit! It was another great get away for our 46th friends’ gathering!!!!

Nice Cabin, plenty of space

We came for a little family, anniversary getaway! House had plenty of space for everyone. Everyone pretty much had their own bathrooms. The screened in hot tub area is a nice touch. The front door is right across from the doors that go to the hot tub, which is a nice added security if youre in the hottub have little ones who wake up and try wonder around after bedtime.

In the heart of everything!

The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed. It was right in the heart of town and very convenient! The road the cabin was on did have constant traffic.My family and I had plenty of room. The hot tub was clean and the host responded quickly!

Great property and location

We stayed for a short visit with our friends. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The location was in the heart of everything but it also felt very private. The back deck is screened in with amazing views of the creek. It was very relaxing to sit and listen to the water. The road noise was barely noticeable. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer in this comfortable property.

The coffee pot was broken, but found a new one in closet. Lights in bathroom were out and tried to put bulbs in but didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work, jets only half way worked on one corner and wouldn’t stay on and it had a musty smell to it. There was a mix up on our stay so it wasn’t cleaned. Whole place smelled like campfire, likely due to previous people not opening damper in fireplace. The property faces a construction site and they started working @6am every morning. Other friends paid less for their cabins and had very nice amenities. I was disappointed and wished we had prior knowledge of the construction and hot tub not working/not clean.
