Pool heating is available for an additional one-time fee of $300 per stay.

* Pool heating must be requested in advance.

* Requests and payment must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival.

* Advance notice allows our team sufficient time to prepare and heat the pool before check-in.

* We recommend arranging pool heating before your stay, especially during cooler months.

* Primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old.

* No unauthorized parties or events.

* Exterior security cameras are installed.

* Please respect the property, surrounding nature, and outdoor spaces.

* Pool heating is optional and requires advance payment and at least 24 hours’ notice.

* Fireplaces are available seasonally from October 1 through April 1.
