Minimum age is 25. Max 2 adults saying overnight in the cabin. Failure to vacate after 11am will result in added fees. $300 security deposit required.
No trash or food left outside. The cabin is in the woods, expect to see wildlife. No pets! $500 fine for any pets brought to the property.
No refunds for issues outside host's control i.e. weather, natural disasters, etc. Starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels provided.
