What a great find! Clean, comfortable, & super cute! Fantastic kitchen with a gas (propane) cooktop, lots of family games including the corn hole & hatchet throwing (safe, made of plastic). We really enjoyed drinking coffee and tea in one of several sitting areas around the property. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

Sibling annual reunion! This house was perfect for us. The fall leaves, the fall decor, the perfect weather! We never ate out at all. We used the well equipped kitchen everyday! We slept very well in comfortable beds, thrifted during the day! Very convenient location with a short distance to town! All of us hated to leave and go our separate ways to different parts of the state! We would love to use this home again! We had no complaints at all! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Amazing!

We had the best time staying here. It’s so close to places to kayak and hike. We loved getting a mix of the outdoors and a beautiful indoor space to relax at. The property also has so many games to offer! I’d definitely recommend staying here :)

Loved this single level farmhouse! Wonderful layout of a property that covered all family interests and activities. Dream area for fishing between the two lakes. Definitely will be back again!

Beautiful house and property

This is an excellent house and location! You truly feel like you are away from it all. The house is close enough to Broken Bow and the state park/Hochatown, yet away from the traffic and crowds. Lisa was easy to communicate with and the house was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there in the kitchen and the grill, games and fire pit made for wonderful family evenings.

This is a very quiet, spacious place. Don't let the location fool you, the road is very quiet at night. We stayed there twice. SUPER easy to deal with.

Great location. Felt remote but close to conveniences. Decorated for Xmas beautifully. Fireplace didn’t work and stove needs repaired. So clean and well equipped.

Super clean. Exceptional quality of linens, towels, kitchen accommodations. Above and beyond all expectations. Only down side was internet was a little slow and no phone service without internet. But we wanted a quiet get away and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend

Cute cottage house

Overall, the house was adorable. The property was nice to enjoy with smaller kids. We had a family of four generations with 8 people. The only draw back was that it was next to a major thoroughfare and you had traffic and big-rig noise 24/7. You don’t see the traffic with the seclusion of trees, however you do hear it sitting inside or outside.

Enjoyed or time!

Our family enjoyed our time at this lovely house. The house is well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed having enough beds and bedrooms for our large family of six. The hostess (Lisa) is very responsive and communicative. Our family loved the seclusion and having some well kept acreage around the house to roam on. The location is great - it is only a short trip to downtown Broken Bow and Hochatown. Do not forget to take a trip to the Talamina Scenic Parkway and view the Ouachita National Forest and Mountains. Thank you Lisa for making your lovely home available!

Sister trip

From the moment we drove up, we knew we picked a great retreat offering the solitude we were seeking. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and accommodating for 5 adults. The kitchen was the center of attention since we spent majority of time cooking and having lots of laughs over our culinary skills. It was well equipped with very nice cook and dinnerware. If we were not in the home, we were hanging out around the fire pit. The location was perfectly situated near town and Beavers Bend State Park where we hiked some great trails. We always had a prompt response from the homeowner if we needed suggestions about the area or questions. Overall, this was a wonderful setting, beautiful home, perfect location and offered all the amenities we hoped to have for our trip. Definitely would book again.

Amazing Getaway!!!

We were so blessed to be able to stay here for a couple days for a family retreat! It was just what our family needed to grow closer together, through playing games, making fires and watching the kids play on the swingset! The home was immaculately clean and refreshing. Beautifully decorated and pleasing color schemes. Host was amazing; responsive, accommodating and friendly! We loved that this place was very tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to grab provisions from the store. We would highly recommend staying here first, and plan to return again if in the area sometime in the future. PS The beds were amazing!!! By far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life!!! Thank you so much for having us!!!

Best memories yet!

My family and I LOVED this house. The minute we walked in we fell in love with it and you will too. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were able to cook all our meals and grill outside. The house comes equipped with everything you might need(cookware, lots of blanket, towels, etc). My grandkids had lots of room outside to roam and play. We really loved that the house is secluded from other houses. You will not be able to see other houses or hear them. It was nice that it was just our family in sight. Lisa was so accommodating with answering our questions. Our best time was sitting around the fire pit making s’mores and great memories. We Look forward to coming back here!
