Really cool property. Clean, looks very new. The bunks are super cool, adults could sleep on them no issue. Young kids could fall down the ladder pretty easy. Blackstone was nice to have. TVs were nice and worked well in all locations. Only small issues we had were we all got absolutely eaten up by chiggers anytime we walked around the house. (Yes we used bug spray, yes we know it’s in the woods, yes some bites are gonna happen, but I walk 10ft off the porch to a car to grab something and back and get covered I think it’s a little excessive) Some of the doors are slightly out of square and stick or are really squeaky (which is a minor thing I know). Fishing at the ponds is kind of awkward. There are houses that split round each pond. So unless you fish off of the road you are standing on someone’s else’s property. This property was cool and fairly well equipped, I think as it gets lived in a little more and if the chiggers around the property could be managed at least a little bit it would help tremendously.
