Sidney Poitier The journey for the first day was about 12 miles (19-20 km). We were walking into a fairly stiff wind for most of the day, but there was no rain and not much climbing. So, all in all, a pleasant stroll along the beach with amazing scenery. (680 reviews) This place is only good, certainly not excellent, because its location is very good( easy access to Cardiff, Bute Park and stadiums), it is very clean and the breakfasts are excellent. However, the room and the ensuite were disappointingly small,especially for the price! Also, with the exception of the lovely breakfast girls, there was little warmth in the welcome at the main reception desk.Certainly, the least welcoming place we have stayed in for a while!
