The matress is the worst part, very thin, you can feel every bed slat. You will for sure hurt your hips, shoulder or back. Everything was clean, shower and restroom were fine as well. This was a prime reason I booked there. Yet, when I ask for confirmation that a space had been reserved for me, I was told that there never was any parking. My response email was ignored. On arrival I was told that the Mgr was yet to update the web page ie they are deliberately peddling FALSE information to lure Customers and then ENTRAP them (as there is a no refund policy). This is ILLEGAL, rude, dysfunctional and zero Customer Service. DON NOT STAY HERE. Nothing to complain about ##### guillermo Stayed 1 night in Jun 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### CHISATO 16 Jun 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### ☆格安料金で、ペントハウスの素敵なお部屋に宿泊！ ①ブルノには、ウイーンからフリックスバスで到着しました。バスセンターは駅の近く、グランドホテル前にあり、ちょっとした待合室や飲み物・パンなどの自販機もあり、便利でした。②宿は、駅から歩いて７，８分なのですが、道が入り組んで少し分かりずらかったです。私達は、旧市役所横のi（案内所）で道を聞き「ここから２分」と言われましたが、その２分がよく分からず難儀しました。（結局たまたま居合わせた親切な日本人の方達に連れて行って貰いましたが、分かってみれば簡単でした）→駅から真っ直ぐのトラムの通る道を４，５分歩きます。そうすると、右手にザリガニの飾りのある薬局、左手（中２階）にスーパーのある交差点に来ます。そこを左折。正面にはショッピングビルがありますので（ここの1階にもスーパー有り）、そのビルの正面右手に沿って、少し坂を登った左側にあります。（丁度、隣のお店がリフォーム中で足場を組んでいた為、宿の入口が見えにくくなっていた事に、後で気が付きました）③私達はバス・トイレ付のツインのお部屋を予約していましたが、それは想像していた以上でした。広く、キレイで、素敵なペントハウス（４階）で、広いリビング、キッチン、バスルームの他に、ロフトにベットルームもあり、とても快適な宿泊が出来ました。ホステルでしたので、そんなに期待していませんでしたが、格安料金でこんな素敵なお部屋に泊まれて、良い思い出が出来ました。⑤フロントの若い女性も、とても親切でした。（４年程前にチェコに来た時の、残りのお金を持参していたのですが、「それは今は使えない」との話を丁寧に説明してくれ、更にそれを新しい紙幣と交換出来る銀行まで紹介して頂き、本当に助かりました。有難う、ございました。） ##### CHISATO Stayed 1 night in May 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Alex 26 Sept 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Shabby but Cheap and Good Location It's pretty run-down and shabby.
