"What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. "Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. First I get an email to tell them 30 minutes before arrivial to meet at the spot. I called multiple times nobody ever picked up. Then...
"The property was perfectly located near the Vegetable Market. Close to shops, dining options and tram services. Negative aspects included communication from reception, WiFi constantly dropping out as it was hotspotted from hotel downstairs and due to poor wifi access was unable to access apps on TV's. "

"Stunning accommodation. The service was excellent from the front desk to the cleaners. The location is perfect to explore BRNO. They have a well laid out gym. The only negative was that i wish i stayed there longer rather than heading to Vienna. Highly recommend. "

Included breakfast was extensive which only a 4+ star hotel like International can offer. Location ideal and edge of city center so quiet but very walkable. "Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird.
Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."
