The unit was very clean and tidy, and it is located in a pleasant residential area. However, it was pretty cramped, and there was only a curtain separating the toilet room from the bedroom. That said, it was really a good value at $135.

Beware!
Let owner know we had a black lab, never sent code and when contacted 10 hours into a 12 hour drive was told we could not stay there because our dog was too big. Ended up at a motel 6 that was awesome and alot cheaper!!!

Nice, clean rental
This rental property was clean, and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, and the living area was small, but perfect for just one person. I did not see a thermostat to control the A/C, but a small space heater and fans were provided. I checked in with my dog, but only found out AFTER checking in that there are more specific rules for dogs. It wasn’t an issue for me, but this info would have been more pertinent before making the reservation. Overall, a great find and a reasonably priced rental in a nice area. I would recommend.

Quiet and comfortable. Size was good for my 14 y/o son and me. The fridge/freezer and kitchen worked well for our plan of breakfasts and snacks before heading out for the day.

Real nice and cozy. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Everything was convenient. The step up to the toilet was a little tough for older people like us. Would highly recommend it for a quick overnight stay.
