The place is small but cozy, budget friendly and very clean at an unbeatable price. This cozy little aprtment is located on the end of a home(divided by a garage) **Very quick and easy check in/out.

This adorable efficiency apartment is very private and contains all the basics for a very comfortable nights rest. Unique, extremely clean, and quiet at an unbeatable price.

The space is small but offers a LOT! A mini fridge/freezer, microwave and silverware in the kitchenette area. A sitting area contains a loveseat and a Smart TV. The bedroom/bath area is contained all in the same room with a queen bed, dresser on one side and toilet, shower, and closet on the other. Wi-Fi is included. *Please note there is a step to get into the bathroom.

Very easily accessible from I-81 and quick access to almost anywhere in Bristol.

The unit was very clean and tidy, and it is located in a pleasant residential area. However, it was pretty cramped, and there was only a curtain separating the toilet room from the bedroom. That said, it was really a good value at $135.

Let owner know we had a black lab, never sent code and when contacted 10 hours into a 12 hour drive was told we could not stay there because our dog was too big. Ended up at a motel 6 that was awesome and alot cheaper!!!
