The Avenue has two double bedrooms with one including an en-suite, there is an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also family bathroom. The Avenue is close to Clifton Down rail station and served by the numerous buses that run up Whiteladies Road and is surrounded by a great mixture of chain and independent stores, restaurants and bars.
The property is within an easy walk of the University of Bristol, BBC studios and beautiful Clifton Village and Avon Gorge. Within a 20-minute walk you will reach Bristol City Centre with its fabulous shopping malls, Cabot Circus and Broadmead, head to the harbour for a stroll and soak up the atmosphere in Castle Park or Queens Square. Bristol Zoo is a great day out for the family you will never run out of things to do in this amazing city! Beach 16 miles. Pub and restaurant 1 mile.
