  • One double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge.
    The sofa beds are supplied with fresh bedding, a duvet and a mattress protector — please keep the protector on.
    There is no dining table; the coffee table is the main eating surface.
    Three spare duvets are kept in the property for guests who prefer lighter bedding.
    A travel cot is available on request if we are notified in advance.
    There is no air conditioning; the windows open for ventilation and a fan is available.
