"what a beautiful and charming little hotel. everything was lovely and staying right in the centre of ikd town in a place built in the 16th century was superb. Agathe, the hostess attended to any needs, breakfast was perfect and the room was very large even by American standards. Parking is about 50 meters away in a very large underground public lot. The castle is maybe 150 meters away and the town center maybe 100 meters. Can't wait ti return to Angers and stay here again. "

Breakfast is light, stairs are quite steep and the radiator will tick and trickle fairly continuously when on, so do without it from bedtime when possible. "A beautiful house; we stayed in rooms that were grand in scale but also cosy and welcoming. The interiors and garden are wonderfully presented. The garden is a sublime haven enclosed within the walled courtyard. Stanislas is a fabulous host and breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended."
