Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool of approximately 34 m², open from 1 May to 30 September from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., equipped with an underwater alarm - A private terrace of approximately 100 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy sunny days \- A shared, unfenced garden of approximately 3,200 m² The apartment is ideally located in Brignoles, in a characterful 18th-century property nestled on a hill overlooking an oak forest and the valley's vineyards. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Beaches accessible in Hyères, approximately 55 km away - Gorges du Verdon, approximately 90 km away - Les Calanques de Cassis, approximately 70 km away - Barbaroux Golf Course, 5 km away - Thoronet Abbey, 20 km away - Historic centre of Brignoles, 5 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park (6 spaces).
