The space is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary design, offering a stylish, cosy and inviting atmosphere. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable King Sized bed, large windows that flood the room with natural light, ample storage space and a desk in the window for a quiet work space Please bring your own laptop. The laptop shown will not be left in the property. Living Area: The living room is a cosy haven for relaxation, furnished with a sofa bed and a chair with enough comfortable seating for three, a TV, and a feature fireplace. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal or a quick snack. A dining area provides a comfortable space for meals in the lounge with a view of the garden through the patio doors, and seating for two. Bathroom: The character charm extends through the apartment right through to the bathroom. Garden & Patio: The outside space is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine when the weather permits We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store a couple of minutes walk away. Guest will have access to the entire property. This is a basement flat. Please enter the property via the steps that take you down to the front door. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’ IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
