1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes from Churchill Square - you really can't ask for a better location in Brighton whether you're looking for a glorious beach holiday, fantastic shopping, lively night life or superb restaurants. This place has it all virtually on the doorstep!

Outstanding views. One could argue, the best in Brighton & Hove.

This lovely first floor apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard; with a stunning modern bathroom and kitchen whilst keeping original features such as a feature marble surround fireplace and corniced ceilings. The main drawing room is the main attraction, it's so easy to while away the hours taking in the beautiful view which can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either.

Don't be put off by scaffolding, front door and hallway, once inside, the flat is so lovely. Very clean, cosy, beautifully appointed and every amenity provided.

Loved this place, has everything you need, calm with views to sea next to the i360, and towards the garden square. Very spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. All in all a very pleasant stay and would certainly book again.

Lovely stay, great facilities, central location and wonderful time - would stay again. The only thing I would say to future guests is to factor in cost of parking in the underground car park (if using it) conveient, secure, but just something to consider in the overall costs.

Well appointed and clean flat. Located close to the main part of Brighton. Very quite. Communication with Simon was fast and easy. I would highly recommed this flat if you plan on visiting Brighton.

Really nice apartment, very clean, well furnished and lots of nice touches like spare chargers, playing cards etc. Lots of food and drink options nearby. Only issue is the cost of parking but this is no reflection on the property itself more the area in general.

Great place for a weekend in Brighton. Everything you need in the bright modern apartment with views towards the sea. Convenient for Lane’s and plenty of restaurants nearby. Particularly enjoyed The Regency for wonderful fish. We did have a small issue with plumbing whilst staying and the owner was easily contactable and rectified the situation. Parked in the Regency Mews which was secure, although a little pricey for the weekend.

Easy check-in - don’t be out off by the external door and entrance! The flat is perfect. The living space is gorgeous with the amazing windows. Everything you could need for a perfect stay. We also used one of the nearby hotels (need to check availability first tho) to go and have brekkie so best of both worlds. The location is fantastic to get to all the local Brighton attractions

Lovely kitchen and shower room. Many commestables provided. Convenient location for seafront, restaurants, shopping and the Brighton Centre. The building will be much improved when the scaffolding is removed, the scruffy front door tidied, the communal decorations completed and the loose stair carpet fixed. Some visitors with limited mobility will struggle with the internal stairs and the outside steps when wet. The shower really needs an outside grab handle as that first step out is treacherous. I did not sleep at all well due to the very hard mattress and restricting footboard on the bed. Had some problems with the VRBO website as it was being updated. This hampered communication. Disappointed that there was not a DVD player, although there were some DVDs in the cupboard.

Lage direkt am i360 - hervorragend Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf i360 und das Meer, in der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, Küche ist tipptopp ausgestattet, Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet inklusive Shapoo und Duschgel, Schlfzimmer hat ein sehr bequemes aber sehr kleines Bett(120cm)Wohn-Esszimmer perfekt

What a fantastic place to stay for the weekend! This is a very clean, very well equipped property. It had everything (and much more!). My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and one of us used the sofa bed. Very easy to put up and it was large and comfortable. The views were great- nice Regency buildings and lawns plus the seafront and West Pier/ i360. It is close to town but quiet at night. We will be back!

100% honest review as per normal First impressions weren’t good, tatty old flaky painted black door without an exterior light, making using key box difficult. Once we entered the flat we were more than happy, everywhere was clean, the kitchen had everything you would need as a couple, the bathroom was lovely and the bedroom was also a good size with enough storage for the weekend. Location was perfect for us , obviously right by Preston St with all its restaurants and close enough to walk to The Lanes /Brighton Centre and pier. Unfortunately for us the mattress was far to hard and made sleeping difficult BUT we still loved our stay .
