It’s a real selling the point. The apartment was clean and well set up. Worked really well for our weekend in Brighton. We did have a small issue with plumbing whilst staying and the owner was easily contactable and rectified the situation. What a fantastic place to stay for the weekend! This is a very clean, very well equipped property. It had everything (and much more!). My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and one of us used the sofa bed. Very easy to put up and it was large and comfortable. Convenient location for seafront, restaurants, shopping and the Brighton Centre. The building will be much improved when the scaffolding is removed, the scruffy front door tidied, the communal decorations completed and the loose stair carpet fixed. Some visitors with limited mobility will struggle with the internal stairs and the outside steps when wet. The shower really needs an outside grab handle as that first step out is treacherous. I did not sleep at all well due to the very hard mattress and restricting footboard on the bed. Had some problems with the VRBO website as it was being updated. This hampered communication.
