Discover this cheerful studio nestled in the vibrant Kemptown, accommodating up to 2 guests. Its prime location allows you to immerse yourself in the dynamic atmosphere with easy access to the beach and amenities right on your doorstep, allowing you to fully experience the vibrant ambience and coastal beauty of Brighton. Guests can make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Notice: Please note: The windows are being changed on the building, and while the scaffolding is still in place, it's due to be removed once completed. This won’t affect your stay or the views from the property.

The space

The apartment is situated on the ground floor. In through the main communal door, your apartment is directly to the right.

Through the front door and straight into the studio space with zip and link beds which can be made as two singles or a large double.

To the left, up a small step, is the kitchen.

* Crockery, cutlery and glasses, sufficient for all guests

- All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group.

IN ADDITION

* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
* Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
* Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
* A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets, and only some properties allow pets on request.
