The only thing I did note is the AC unit services all three floors which means the lower level is cold, the middle is great, and the upper is a bit warm! We would stay again. ##### Drew F. We no longer live in Brighton, but come back once a year to visit friends and family. There's plenty of space for my family and ideal for guests to stop by and visit during our stay. The backyard is huge, fishing is great, a nice little beach, and the neighbors were very friendly. The views are beautiful. We will definitely be coming back next summer! ##### mike s. The house was plenty big. Description of the property was more than accurate. Plenty of life jackets. Our sons used the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was clean. Extremely comfortable. It was in a great location - just a 25-30 minute easy drive to Ann Arbor. With two levels of living space and lots of bathrooms, it was perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy and the house was VERY clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining a crowd. Even though the early spring weather was cool and rainy, we enjoyed kayaking on the lake and fishing off the dock. We highly recommend staying at this house and wish we could stayed a few more days! ##### Carey F. The host was extremely responsive, which was very helpful when a problem arose with a toilet (she took care of it FAST). The lake is very well-maintained and is great for fishing, swimming, and boating. The house comes with SUPs, kayaks, and a canoe. There were plenty of towels, lake toys, a barbecue, and a fire pit. The house was fully stocked. There were plenty of blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels. The long driveway and loads of trees were breathtaking. It is an incredible neighborhood. We have runners in the family, so this was important to us. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the home. I hope they get more patio furniture for the upstairs balcony down the road. My wife and I sat in the two chairs and soaked it all in (there is a table and plenty of chairs below on the back patio, so wishful thinking on my part). ##### Steven T. The home suits our needs perfectly. The fishing from the dock is great.
