Island Pond/Brighton VT Area
Instructions on TV were all wrong/out of date, but owner cleared up second day. There are multiple logins listed for Fubo steaming service so owner should clear up all documentation for guests. Stove is not fully functional, but we did need it so it was not an issue for us. One kitchen glass had a crack in it. WiFi and Internet service is not fast, ~4Mbps down, resulting in streaming TV sometimes having to catch up in caching compressed data and delays in using laptop online. It got slower after owner arrived so it was obvious Internet source is being used by both host and guest apartment. We loved the radiant heating though rental was 50 deg F when we arrived, taking hours to heat up to 68 deg F. After that it was great. Other than these minor issues, we loved the rental: spacious, very clean, and modern, large kitchen/living room, and large HDTV. It would be nice to open the bedroom closet and not see a lot of host personal items and table furniture. Same for the top drawer of the chest of drawers. The bed frame was exceptionally noisy with any movement in bed. The mattress was fine. There were no checkout procedures provided for the rental online or in email, but owner did tell us in person to take the garbage out and where to dump it when leaving. I make these comments as a regular VRBO customer and are suggestions for making it 5 stars. Rent again? Yes!

Good stay but be careful with host
We enjoyed our stay and equipment for kitchen is pretty complete. However, a day after our departure, the host asked for 100$ US additional fee because we invited a friend over with a baby. In the description it says sleeps comfortably 3-4 people, and we even sent a message before inviting friends over. We left everything super clean. Friends even helped clean the kitchen. I find the request offensive, and makes me wonder what kind of over-charge he may ask in the future. Beware...
