Large Central Delightful Townhouse with garden
Welcome and thanks for stopping by!
I'm delighted to offer my beautifully renovated, spacious 3-storey townhouse in vibrant Brighton — perfect for getaways, work trips, and everything in between.
This bright and airy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends classic Victorian charm with modern style. Spread out across three floors, the house features high ceilings, chic interiors, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The heart of the home is the stunning 30ft open-plan living and dining area — complete with a huge comfy sofa that seats 11, a sleek dining table, and a 50” Smart TV. It’s the perfect space for gathering, movie nights, or just lounging in style.
Step through the French doors into a generous garden oasis with outdoor seating — ideal for sunny brunches, evening drinks, or a peaceful morning coffee. Smokers are welcome to use this outdoor space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a stylish home-from-home: a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher — plus all the essentials for cooking and dining.
Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully decorated double bedrooms across two floors, all styled in calming neutral tones with plush memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, and smart flat-screen TVs. Two modern bathrooms (one with a luxury bathtub and separate shower, the other with a sleek new shower room) mean no queues in the morning.
There are 6 beds in total: 5 doubles and 1 single, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests.
🚗 Parking: Metered parking is available nearby, with free parking just a short walk away. I may also be able to provide parking vouchers with advance notice — just ask!
📍 Location, Location, Location: The house is in the trendy Upper Lewes Road area — a relaxed, residential neighbourhood just a 10–15 minute stroll to Brighton Station, the Lanes, and the seafront. You’ll also find loads of cafes, restaurants, local shops, and bus routes just minutes away on Lewes Road and London Road. Best of all — no hills to climb!
🛎️ Guest Access & Stays: I welcome couples, solo travellers, families, friends, and professionals for both short and extended stays. Weekends have a 2-night minimum (and 3 nights over bank holidays, Christmas, and Pride), but I can occasionally accommodate shorter, last-minute stays — feel free to get in touch.
💸 Special Rates: I offer generous discounts for weekday stays and longer bookings — don’t hesitate to ask.
🚫 Please Note: The house is located in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for neighbours, I don’t accept bookings from Brighton-based groups or teenage groups. Thanks for understanding!

Was here for a hen do and this house is absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it enough justice! It is stocked with everything you need, the rooms are large, great location, easy check in. Babs was super responsive and explained everything clearly. Will 100% return again, we had the best weekend ever
Lovely house, in good location, walking distance to where we needed to go.
Very spacious and had everything we needed
Communication was great, very clean, we had 10 of us stay and everyone said how lovely it was. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Thank you 😊

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Dirty kitchen unable to use cooker or toaster!
House is nice snd roomy, but cleaning was awful kitchen oven filthy and griddles caked grease covered with foil! We had to clean outside area before we could sit in garden, were unable to use appliances as they were filthy! Host asked us to leave if we was unhappy after I complained politely! Did not offer to rectify problem and states enhanced clean! But she said she spent hours night before but believe me it was not Clean, cobwebs around skirtings kitchen cupboards black grime inside and out! We used dishwasher before we could use glasses cutlery etc, we were a group of 8 female adults and each one of us were disgusted. Lovely house but needs more thorough cleaning if you’re going to rent it out
We had a great stay, host was lovely and very helpful and great communication! The house was good value and did us well for our stay, there was a couple of minor cleanliness issues (hair blocking drain in shower) however we would happily stay again.
Dry spacious with everything we needed but my daughter’s bedroom wasn’t very clean and the outside seating area would have been so much better if it had been clean. Just a hosepipe wash would have made a great difference. It was good that there are two different seating areas which meant that you can sit in the shade if you wish at any time of day
The house was large enough to hold 3 families without feeling crowded. The house and it’s facilities met all our needs. Babs was very helpful.

Clean, and easy access to Brighton attractions
The house worked great for our stay in Brighton - 7 adults. It is located very close to Brighton so an easy walk to the center. I was concerned initially with parking, but had no issues at all during the stay. There is pay parking between 9:00am & 8:00pm but there are plenty of locations in the immediate area, that I never had problems. We would stay here again next time we are in Brighton if it is available

Overall happy
Had a lovely time at Babs’s for a hen do. She was very friendly and accommodating. On the whole was pleased with the accommodation. Lovely rooms and living area. A few little cleaning worries when we were there as the kitchen wash cloth was quite grubby so popped to the shop to get a new one and table mats, plates and glasses were also needing a good clean. Garden area was nice but again table and chairs were a bit damaged and rusting. House on the whole was clean it was just a few finer details that had been missed like previous hen do bits had been left in draws with chocolate wrappers etc. Was about a 20 minute walk to the seafront and was right near a nice park area. We had a lovely stay and made the most of the living area (could only find one music channel on the tv.... just a point for if you stay in for one night like we did).

A brilliant house for a getaway with friends
The house is absolutely great. 4 bedrooms sleeping 12 max but with plenty of room for everyone. The house is about 15 min walk to the Pier and 10 min walk to the station which makes it close enough to get to all the sights/restaurants/shops without actually being in the centre which I imagine can be quite noisy later at night. We did not take a car and at no point did we need one. The house was clean and well looked after. Most importantly the owner, Babs, was absolutely brilliant. She always responded quickly to any requests no matter how small (I couldn't find the chopping board and she helped me track it down!) which was great and made me feel very confident that if we had needed any real help she would have been there immediately for us. The beds were all very comfortable, as was the sofa and the garden gets the sun for most of the day so it was a great place for lunch outside (although as it is a small garden there is not seating at the table for more than about 5 people). Also the bathrooms were well done with great showers. We would highly recommend staying here.

Superb.
Our stay in Brighton was fantastic and made so by the fact our accommodation was so ideal. Spacious, clean, warm and located very close to town, it was an ideal place to be based whilst visiting Brighton. Babs was great with communication and instruction too. Would stay again.
