Luxury property, modern spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. only letdown was due to the lack of cleansing. The property was dirty when we arrived the cleaner had only changed the beds which also had marks on the sheets. It has two balconies (one huge one and a private one off of the main bedroom).The location is amazing, the apartment is a short walk from the train station, The Lanes and it’s quirky shops and cafes, the Palace Peir, the Royal Pavilion and a raft of great restaurants and pubs.The only downside, if traveling by car, is that there is no parking at the property and public car parks in Brighton are expensive so, if you can travel by train I would recommend doing that.You definitely won’t regret a stay in this penthouse apartment. ##### David S.
