Welcome to Bedford Street, a newly renovated gem that sits in the bustling neighbourhood of Kemptown. Nestled just a short stroll from Brighton Beach and Brighton Pier, this property seamlessly blends its rich history with homely interiors offering you a unique and unforgettable getaway. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, Bedford Street is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a stay in Brighton.  
  
The Space:  
  
Bedford Street boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a peaceful retreat.   
  
Located in the basement, the first bedroom is a spacious king room featuring an ensuite shower room. This room ensures easy access and convenient for guests preferring their own space to enjoy.   
  
Also in the basement, you’ll find a WC and a utility space equipped with a washer, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay.   
  
Ascending the stairs again to the ground floor, you will discover the heart of Bedford Street: a spacious kitchen-diner designed for cooking and socialising. The traditional dining table is perfect for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. It is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a full-height fridge freezer for your convenience. A microwave, kettle and a toaster are also provided.   
  
The living room, located on the first floor features four plush leather sofas. Entertainment options include a flat-screen Smart TV.   
  
Up the stairs to the second floor is another relaxing bedroom with a king size bed perfect for couples within your group.
