With six spacious bedrooms spread across three levels—including king and queen suites, twin bunks, and even cribs for the littlest guests—there’s room for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure. A gourmet kitchen and oversized dining room make group meals a breeze, comfortably seating up to 20 guests for laughter-filled dinners and game night snacks.  
  
Kids and adults alike will love the entertainment-packed lower level, complete with a home theater, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. After a day on the slopes or exploring nearby trails, soak in the private hot tub or cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for some well-earned relaxation.  
  
Located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a Nordic ski trail and just minutes from Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts, this home is a dream come true for winter sports lovers. In the warmer months, it’s a perfect base for hiking, mountain biking, and spotting local wildlife.

Important notes regarding local conditions:  
\-There is no incidental camping permitted at the Short-term rental which means no overnight camping, sleeping in tents, travel trailers, or recreation vehicles parked on the short-term rental property.  
\-Quiet hours in the Town of Brighton are 10 pm-7 am.  
\-Due to the hazard of wild animals, no trash or recycling can be left outdoors. Please place trash and recycling in the proper dumpsters as soon as possible. Please observe recycling protocols.  
\-Winter only: Guided arrival, Plan to check in between the hours of 4PM & 8PM. Arriving after 8 PM, especially during a storm, risks encountering unplowed roads and getting stuck.  
\-From November 1 through April 15, tire chains are required to access the home due to seasonal winter conditions on the road leading to the property.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Beautiful Chalet

I fell in love with this house the minute I saw it and it did not disappoint. We felt like we were back in Switzerland staying here. The home fit our large extended family with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full meal. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and had lots of privacy. It was also very close to many amazing hikes. We would happily come back and spend another vacation here.
