Bright Leaf Preserve

I will definitely look more closely next time I book a “hotel,” because this is actually a timeshare. Upon check-in, the staff was friendly, then we were sent over to a welcoming agent who put on MAJOR pressure for us to attend a 90 min sales presentation. She would not take no for an answer. After several “no thank you” and “why not!?” Exchanges, my partner and I had to just walk away. I understand that this is a business, and I have no problem saying no to sales people (I’ve been on that side of sales) but she uncomfortably was not taking no. I would say, if this timeshare doesn’t want “regular” people booking it as a hotel, they shouldn’t let us. I will never stay at a Wyndham Club again.

Great experience, food was delicious

Absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and conveniently located for getting in and out of Austin. The owners were such a lovely couple and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and they were incredibly accommodating of my mom’s gluten allergy. Such a fantastic experience with genuinely wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend!
