Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone.

Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

I feel like the pictures are very flattering for this hotel. Besides the breakfast area it’s quite modern and bland. The porch photos also make it seem like you have a nice view - I had a view of an alley way… it’s well located and comfortable though.

Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too. My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but ...
