  • Large open plan living, dining for 8/10. Gas fire, huge deck with beautiful views. Loft for private times. Three large bedrooms. One bathroom, 3 separate toilet/basin rooms (one a cloakroom). Large yard. Parking. Great touring attractions, wineries, lavender farm etc. Just 10 minutes from Barnbougle and Lost Farm golf courses. Great walking tracks from the house including the wildflower track. 40 minutes from Branxholm (hop farm) and Derby bike trails.
