We arrived after dark and there was zero lighting toward the door (had to use iPhone light). Approaching the front door, we saw a bag of garbage ripped open and blocking our path to the door. We moved the garbage and retrieved the key, per directions. The key would not open the door. We attempted multiple times without success. Calls to the host went to an answering machine. We attempted to contact them via the “call” button on the driveway gate without success. Ultimately, we had to find a hotel and drive 30 additional minutes to acceptable lodging.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property in the country and farmland. Easy to find location very close to Bridgewater and close to Harrisonburg. Nicely appointed and very spacious rental with multiple rooms with every amenity you could ever ask for. Only drawback would be the property owner has children and they were enjoying themselves and doing what children do. But I have kids and don't really care, some people might. Overall definitely worth the value.

This was a great location for an overnight stay on our recent road trip from NC to NY. The property owners were very communicative, the property itself was comfortable and immaculate and it was exactly what we needed for our family of 5.

Wonderful Getaway

What an outstanding property! The attention to detail in this basement is impeccable. "EVERYTHING IS BOUJIE" and so comfortable, super private from the rest of the property. We had an amazing time checking out the local wineries and just relaxing on the couch with takeout. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to this area! 5 stars for sure
