"Lovely character cottage with beautiful views, large deck overlooking the valley and plenty of space for our two dogs. Lots of space for parents, adult child and teenager. Beautiful mature roses and other flowering plants. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with tasteful linens. Quick 5 minute drive into town for provisions, a meal out or shopping. Thank you for sharing this lovely location with visitors - just what our family needed to getaway and re-connect."

"Idlewilde Barn is absolutely an absolutely gorgeous property with lovely relaxing views. On arrival we were met by the hosts and given information for our stay. The barn was spotlessly clean with beautiful added touches like farm fresh food supplied. We will definitely be back!"

"I've travelled a lot, but have to say hands down this is the best property I have ever stayed at. It is so well equipped for everything you would need for a mini staycation. Comfortable, modern and the view is incredible. A wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to get a dehumidifier as it will get quite steamy in the winter. My only disappointment was with the town being closed. Most restaurants have had to close down so please be mindful of this and bring your own food."

"We enjoyed our stay at Walnut Cottage - in particular, the backyard. Very handy location to be based at to see the sites of Bridgetown and its surrounds. Being an older person, I did find the bed mattress a little too firm for me, but I feel most people would find it good."

"It was exactly as described, a beautiful quiet place to rest. Added bonus was full of retro furnishing, we loved it. Also the dog Jake on the property was lovely and friendly and we will miss him.
