"Just know before you go that there is no air conditioning. Our room was over 80 when we checked in and never got below 75 all night with the window open. A ceiling fan helped a little. Overall it's a cool place, clean, good communication with owners."

"This property is ideally located on Buffalo Valley Road off of Hgy 26 which is just a few miles from the entrance to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. It is 40 miles or so from Jackson. It worked great as a basecamp for a family of 8 including 5 children and 3 adults. Two of the three first floor bedrooms are a bit cramped and without good storage for long stays (we were there 9 nights). Great fully equipped kitchen and large great room with giant table.
