You're steps to downtown shops and restaurants, a short and invigorating bike ride away from the beach, and you won't find a place with more luxury charm to call your own this summer than this one right here!  
  
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the backyard oasis, complete with a blue stone patio and heated saltwater pool surrounded by lush greenery for privacy and beauty. Preserving its historic charm, the original wood beams and oversized fireplace add character to the space. Recently restored, the perfect stylistic touches were added to an already spectacular home. The aesthetic is not limiting and will appeal to almost anyone who sees it Hamptons living, providing an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle.

The bedrooms include a large master off to the side on the first floor with a private deck, jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, CA king bed, and plenty of closet space in a wrap around walk-in. Upstairs is a "U" shape layout with three bedrooms (a queen, a double, and a king) - none of which share a wall, so there is still plenty of privacy! The upstairs area has a large, shared bathroom with two sinks and a high-power, decadent shower. The "upstairs master" has a private bathroom and a lovely view of the garden in the yard.  
  
The yard like a summer dream - all one could dream of and and more. Step out into the sun and there is a lovely deck with a bbq and large farm table for outdoor meals. A glimmering pool heated to the perfect temperature tends to beome a very happy place for our guests. Chances are you will spend most of your time out there, in the water on a high-end chaise lounge, or chatting in what feels like an outdoor living room with great furniture to relax on.  
  
From the front door entrance you can make a straight shot to the yard which flows seamlessly -- the yard will take your breath away and have you wanting to stay forever. A glimmering pool is heated to the perfect temperature, there are luxury outdoor furnishings from chaise lounges to a "living room"style setup over by the bbq, where there is also a large farm table for dining outdoors. Tons of grass for lawn games, kids to play, or a dog to run around!  
  
Impeccably renovated, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom offers fine features and peaceful, modern comforts. The gourmet kitchen, adorned with Wolf and Subzero appliances, custom cabinetry, and marble countertops, is a culinary delight. Each room exhudes elegance and offers serenity for guests to really just relax and recharge for a week to a month out East.

#### Thanksgiving Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this Bridgehampton getaway. The house is charming and quaint set back from Montauk Highway on a beautiful piece of property. We walked to town several times and enjoyed sunrises in the yard. Would absolutely rent again.

We had a great week celebrating my wife's 50th birthday in Bridgehampton. House was perfect and walking distance into town and close proximity to the beaches. Backyard was exactly what we needed to unwind. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Lauren and Jesse for making it such a special weekend.

#### Fantastic experience

My husband, small dog and I stayed in Jesse's house and it was everything we hoped it would be. Laura is responsive, a strong communicator, and there whenever we had a question. The house was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. The fenced yard alleviated our stress with bringing our small dog. We are in the process of booking our next stay now.
