Beautiful Family Home Nestled In The Heart Of Sagaponack

Adorable 2 story family home in the heart of Sagaponack. 3 Bedroom main house, all with en suite bathrooms, plus an additional bathroom off the kitchen with a separate guesthouse that includes a queen size pullout, a wet bar, office and full bathroom. **WINTER MONTHS POOL HOUSE NOT AVAILABLE** Upon entry is the expansive and light living room that looks straight out to the picturesque pool and back yard. The living room features a comfortable couch, leather club chairs plus additional seating as well as a huge wood burning fireplace. The main floor includes the living room, master suite, kitchen and extra bathroom/laundry. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs on either side of the living room with separate staircases and both en suite bathroom. The master suite is fit with a king size bed, closet space and French doors that lead out to the deck and pool. The guest suite above the master is set up to perfectly suit your little ones, complete with 2 twin beds (a Baby Bjorn pack’n’play or a full size crib if needed), a nautical themed bathroom and a wall of vintage children’s books. The 2nd private guest room is located above the kitchen accessed by its own private staircase and also includes a full en suite bathroom. There is an additional bedroom in the pool house (if needed) that is perfectly set up for guests with a queen size pull out couch, full bath and wet bar/kitchen. There is a Samsung Flat Screen television in the living room, an additional flat screen television in the kitchen and another flat screen television in the pool house, all with full premium channel cable- living room also has Apple TV. WiFi throughout, as well as a Sonos Music System that plays thru built-in speakers in every room in the home. The Kitchen is complete with luxury appliances and a perfect breakfast nook with French doors that lead to the outdoor dining table and BBQ nestled under an apple tree. The pool and backyard are completely enclosed with a high fence and is private and relaxing. The yard is perfectly manicured, yet you are surrounded by trees and a forest feel that create a unique and cozy quality. The backyard also features teak lounge chairs, a dining table, an outdoor lounge set as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. There is also an expansive front lawn and gorgeous curving pebble driveway. The home is about 2500 sq ft and sits on an acre of beautiful land. The Long Island Railroad runs along the back of the property and the home is just across from the famous Poxabogue pond and has gorgeous walking trails around the Poxabogue County Park – a preserve full of wildlife and stunning views. Walk to Loaves & Fishes for coffee and the best scones in the Hamptons as well as a variety of the tastiest prepared foods you’ll find around. A bit further is a farm stand that sells a huge variety of local produce. Also walking distance is the stunning Wolfer Winery. About a 5 min drive the beach, as well as to adorable Bridgehampton or to Sag Harbor, both offer top restaurants and shopping. This home is truly close to everything, but so comfortable and inviting - you may not want to go anywhere!

What a special property that is so wonderfully serene and cozy. The home itself has a great layout and and truly brought a relaxed feeling to my family. The pool and outside area is idyllic - while we were there the entire back of the house was covered with roses. We cooked and found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the outdoor dining space and felt like we were miles and miles away from the city. Communication with the host was great. I would stay here again definitely.

Even better than it looks

We could probably never run out of good things to say about our stay. First off, the house is better than the pictures so coming in the front door for the first time we were pumped to see the place. We had elderly grandparents, young kids and late thirty parents, uncles, aunts stay and come visit and we had everything we needed to have fun in the pool, riding bikes, cooking and having dinner catered in. The pool was amazing and very nice that it was heated and the house itself had so much character. We enjoyed exploring Sagaponack and even enjoyed the day we drove out to hang in Montauk. Michele was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Thoroughly enjoyed, will consider booking again!

My wife and I took our two daughters (both under 4) to sagaponack and it was a wonderful week. The house was spectacular, we were fairly excited based on the listing and it exceeded expectations. Michelle was a great communicator and helped share local knowledge of where to go and tips for kids in the area. The backyard pool was our highlight and kid’s favorite part however the house itself was incredible with each room having a full bath. Not much else to say here other than how amazing it was and how sad we were to leave. Thanks again!

A True Treasure Perfectly Located.

Our family enjoyed Michele and Ryan's place so very much and we can't wait to return! Michele is available and friendly and is prompt to answer any and all questions. The house was perfect when we arrived, spotless indoors, gorgeous beds and linens and a welcoming and beautiful yard, pool and gardens. Michele and Ryan obviously put a lot of love and thought into making their home special and welcoming. It is a true family home, not an impersonal rental. Plush towels, luxury amenities and shampoo, and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool house is adorable, and a great hang out spot for tweens and older kids. The location and setting of the house is very special, 5 minutes from Main Street but yet tucked away on an acre of private property and very quiet. Thank you Michele - we will be back!!

Magical home in the Hamptons

Had an amazing stay in Sagaponack at this wonderful rental. Upon entering the driveway, you’ll come across a beautiful, storybook home. Truly magical and unique property that feels very private and secluded, yet minutes from Bridgehampton and other popular Hamptons destinations. My wife and I stayed with our newborn on the property and had a great time. We needed a place with our 6 week old, where we could have privacy and attend a wedding. There are four bedrooms, one is a very fun children’s room for older little ones. The backyard is truly spectacular. Gorgeous pool and additional “pool house” bedroom is also included. A beautiful luxury farmhouse close to everything. Can’t wait to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Fantastic location close to beach, Sag and so much more. Michelle is one the most gracious hosts we’ve met. Highly communicative, gracious and accommodating. Lots of small, meaningful touches from the moment we arrived until we turned the key in the lock to leave.
