"Shane was very helpful at check in. 15 minute drive to Stirling castle. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty."

"Lovely staff. Restaurant is in a building outside the main building as were our rooms and the lift wasn’t working. Not great travelling with an elderly relative. The building was a bit run down but it suited the purpose for one night."

"The room was okay, but was in need of refurbishment. I.E. Furniture was old, only one bedside table, electric sockets difficult to get to, bathroom door handle loose. Stayed 2 nights and bed not made with room cleaning. Had a meal in the bar that was served cold."

"Fantastic experience staying at the Crieff Hydro with my fiance. Rooms were gorgeous and plenty of things to do. Staff were all lovely. We will definitely be back!"

"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."
