23 sq-m studio + 9 sq-m mezzanine under roof on the third floor of the residence with lift.  
Exposed north with window on the park.

Open plan kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, fridge and freezer, microwave and cooking hood.  
  
SLEEPING CAPACITY:  
Living-room: one double bed (difficult access).  
9 sq-m mezzanine with access by a steep stair: 1 double bed 120 cm (limited height).  
  
Shower room with shower and toilets.  
Washing machine.  
  
4G WIFI connection in extra charge.  
  
RENTAL CONDITIONS :   
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.  
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
