This spacious, FULLY FURNISHED, cozy shore WATERFRONT cottage located on the Beaverdam Creek section of Metedeconk river is a serene and relaxing spot.

Featuring 100ft of waterfront property, stunning views of the lagoon, private sandy beach and ramp. The spacious backyard also has a fire pit, charcoal smoker/bbq, and seating area.

The lagoon is the ideal spot for kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing. (Paddle boards and kayaks are included). We have a map included in our welcome book of what locals call the "fox trail", a beautiful creek trail with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature only accessible by kayaks.

4 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 full-pull out couch and a daybed in the living room. 2.5 bathrooms with a bathtub, finished walk out basement with a Gameroom and a 3rd floor loft gym.

The Gameroom includes a PS4 with a VR headset, foosball/multi game table, and various board and outdoor games. Ther are 4 smart TV's on the property.

Hardwood floors are throughout the house. Stunning view from every window, large open kitchen with adjacent dining room that can sit up 10 people. Waterfront views in every bedroom. Outdoor jacuzzi, large fireplace in living room.

Enjoy the Jersey Shore with many nearby, parks, restaurants and local beaches.
