"Really beautiful grounds and great history. Comfortable room. Only thing to work on is updating some of the historical markers due to weather damage."

"After checking in that evening I discovered that the elevator I was using was malfunctioning because it took me to a different floor from the floor I was supposed to get off. Later that evening, I tried to go downstairs and the elevator I was in, got stuck on a floor above mine, door wouldn't open , no movement-JUST FROZEN. After 8-10 minutee elevator started to move going downstairs and eventually I got off on the main floor. I complained to make staffer behind front desk."
