To access it, you will take a narrow staircase. It has an area of 55m2 under the attic enjoying an architecture in A. The apartment is very bright from morning to evening. The interior is arranged with a large living/ dining room and open kitchen. You will have a sofa bed convertible into a double bed. The living room serves by a staircase half level a small mezzanine under the attic (two single beds on the floor). A staircase in half level allows access to the double bedroom and bathroom. A shared garden is accessible and will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of Briançon. Hiking trails are at the end of the garden. You can park your car in a free parking 200 metres from the apartment. This rental is a true haven of peace on the edge of the forest and 2 minutes drive from the center of Briançon and 5 minutes from the slopes.
