### 2-room apartment with balcony, near slopes - Briançon

Ideally located in the "Relais de la Guisane" residence, just 50m from the Prorel cable car and 200m from the center of Briançon (pedestrian bridge in front of the residence).  
This mountain rental is located on the 4th floor of the residence with elevator. Its south-facing balcony offers a panoramic view of the Mélezin peak.  
It includes:  
\- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed,  
\- a living room with a double sofa bed and TV,  
\- a kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, etc.,  
\- a bathroom and separate toilet.  
Private ski locker available.  
Free parking 500m away or paid underground parking 100m away.  
Shuttle bus 50m away for exploring the valley.

#### Great views and decent shower

The views from this apartment are fabulous. It has a good, large shower area unlike many others in this block. Comfortable living room and bed. Very handy for the Prorel ski lift. This is my second stay here and will come again.

l'appartement est bien situé et l'accueil bien agréable . l'equipement est depassé : pas de four a micro ondes , une plaque electrique qui fonctionne au 3/4, un frigo avec un csier cassé . un canapé pas du tout confortable et des consommables menagers dont les flacons etaien vides . juste pour la situation et la vue

Points positifs :Logement agréable avec de nombreux rangements, salle d'eau moderne et propre. Belle vue sur la montagne, séjour lumineux. Points négatifs: Balcon trop petit (pas de possibilité de manger à l'extérieur). Pas d'accès WIFI. Parties communes pas très propres (entrée,couloirs, ascenseur).
