After renting many places in Brian Head over several years, we purchased this unit and incorporated all the amenities we wanted into one fantastic vacation rental. Plus, we host a fun "Cinema" theme throughout, where you can test your movie knowledge and discover a variety of nostalgic film references in each room. We are in Giant Steps Building 1 on the first floor. This is the closest ski-in / ski-out residential building on the mountain. You literally walk down the hall and can be at the Giant Steps Express lift in under 3 minutes. (Yes, we timed it… and if you are visiting in the summer and not carrying skis/snowboards through snow, you can get there in less than a minute.) The Snow Tubing Park is halfway between the Cinema Condo and the Giant Steps Express lift (a good 20 -30 second walk from our door). An epic sledding hill for the kids is also right outside, so feel free to use the sleds on our porch. After an awesome time out on the slopes, take the “Shotgun” trail down the mountain and ski/board or mountain bike back to the doorsteps of our building. As you prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen, with an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, oven, and microwave - take turns playing the old-school Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or "Back to the Future" monopoly with your friends and family. The "Office Space" working desk with a wall-attached monitor is also there if you need to get TPS reports or other work done during your stay. Enjoy all your streaming platforms on our 4k TV while sitting by the fireplace... or explore the "Owner's Movie Essentials" selection of Blu-ray/DVDs curated by the owners (2 entertainment industry professionals). After playing Top Gun (on either the NES or TV), put on your bathing suit and stop by the photo of "The Hustler" (Paul Newman) as you exit... because that’s where you’ll find the pool cues. Then head down to the Community Clubhouse for some fun and relaxation. Play billiards, ping pong, or air hockey, then relax in the sauna or slide into the hot tub. Now that everyone feels perfectly splendid, light up a fire and play some games or debate about the movies we've put into our movie essentials collection. We LOVE this place and use it often. Easy access to skiing, parking and restaurants/shops. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The living room area had plenty of movies and games to choose from. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to stow gear. The ski lockers were especially useful. Communication with the host was excellent. The clubhouse was a short walk around the corner from the condo unit. For a small group (there were four of us), the condo definitely fit the bill. ##### Shelby C. Another plus was all the room for snow gear at the entrance and we thank you for allowing us use of the hall storage closet! It really made organizing everyone’s gear easy. What a great place! Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations and provided my family a great get away in Brian Head. My kids put the stash of sleds to good use in between skiing and we enjoyed the fireplace with unlimited wood. Fire starters, kindling and matches all fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we could think of and we cooked most of our meals there. My favorite part was the movie theme with classic movie items scattered throughout the Condo.The owner Mark was always a phone call away to answer any questions and he even added the 3 seashells to the bathrooms as requested after our stay. And we travel a lot. We have stayed in these condos in the past, but this was our first time in this rental. We are holding on to the information and will be returning for another ski adventure in the future. We honestly can't say anything negative about our stay. They provide everything, and more, that you need while there. You can cook any meal, they have every cooking device you can think of. We took advantage of the air fryer multiple times. Complimentary coffee, spices, and snacks. If you don't want to cook, you will know where to go to eat. Complimentary toiletries, a vast array of DVDs, plenty of room for a family and clean. You can ski the mountain right from the condo. It's tastefully decorated with a cinema theme. Jogged a few memories about cinema from the past. I promise you won't be disappointed by your stay here. The whole process from acquiring the rental, to check-in, to communication was easy, thorough, and they do care about their occupants. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the abundance of amenities provided. The well-equipped kitchen surpassed our expectations, with everything from K-pods for morning coffee to the convenience of an Instant Pot for whipping up delicious meals like beef stew. The filtered water from the fridge tasted divine, and the cool mister was so nice to have. The entertainment center was a hit with the whole family, offering a vast selection of classic games and DVDs for cozy nights in. We loved the cinema-themed decor that added a fun touch to the ambiance. The provision of toiletries was a thoughtful touch, and the heating units ensured a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The living room furniture and beds were incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the mornings! We also appreciated the ample hanging space for drying out our snowboarding gear and shoes after adventurous days on the slopes. Additionally, having Apple phone and watch charging cords readily available, along with plenty of plugs, was incredibly convenient. Overall, we've never stayed at a rental that was so well thought out and provided as many amenities as this one. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four, and we can't wait to return in the future! ##### michelle w. Well-equipped and great location! We were so comfortable in this great condo. It was well-equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. We utilized the kitchen quite a bit to cook for our family and enjoyed the movies and games provided. Lots of blankets to keep us warm and the beds were very comfortable. Mark responded immediately to our request and had excellent communication with us throughout our stay. We were honored to be one of their first guests . The condo was literally exactly what we wanted. It was so nice to be so close to the lift, making lunch time a easy quick break. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, it made it easy to pull together a meal. The fireplace was a bonus, and we enjoyed it while watching a few movies from the cool video collection. Plenty of charging cords around, never even had to unpack our own. We loved discovering all the fun movie decor and would definitely stay here again! ##### April V.
