CLEAN & OPEN, ready for you to stay! Studio Style Condo, Remodeled, NEW KING bed, NEW Queen Couch Sofa bed, + NEW single roll-away bed. Kitchen including dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Amazing get-a-way Hiking, Biking ATV, Jeeping or Rent a toy, walking, hiking trails galore! 5 minutes from Cedar Breaks a Hidden GEM! Great places to eat, relax enjoy & have fun! Comfortable, ALWAYS clean & cozy in the Mountains. COOL temps in the Summer, Stay, Relax, Swim + Hot Tub!! FREE in room Coffee!!

The space
Easy parking in the heated garage if spaces are available. Enter door that says Administration, take elevator up to 2nd floor, turn left and just down the hall on the left. New couch, New mattress, CLEAN and comfortable. Free in room coffee! NEW SHOWER HEAD as well!! This is an older building, but we do try our best to make things as good as possible. If you need anything, please send a message.

Pool+HOT TUB+Gym, Game Room, Common area Kitchen in lobby is first come first serve, small office with books, lobby area is a great conversation area, yes older retro 80's furniture, BBQ and fire-pit outside with patio's for guest use. Horseshoe pit, Volleyball! Restaurants are super! Tai place with Burgers and fries to, Pizza Place, Mtn Cafe, etc. Sasquatch Donuts and pulled Pork! Mmmm

Fun family ski trip

We enjoyed the condo for our stay at Brian Head. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out well. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and heated garage parking. Resort was a short drive or we road the free shuttle. Very easy to get around. My only suggestions would be provide more utensils, and cups. Also with a lot of ski clothes between the 4 of us, extra hooks to hang jackets, helmets, etc would be great especially since it’s a small unit.

Cozy mountain escape

We were very pleased with the area and the condo. Easy to access and the condo is clean. The main building areas are very dated but also clean and well kept. Overall, it was very comfortable. Just had problems with booking; the price changed after we booked and we were within the time frame that we could not cancel. It was a last minute trip planned with my 18 year old daughter. We booked 5 days before our stay. Did not hear anything about how to check in until I reached out 2 days before. When I did, I did not get answers about check in, but a request for more money. The owner stated it was an issue with VRBO but I did notice the price increased on the listing. I asked if a refund was possible but did not get a response. Worried we would not be able to find a place, I paid 28% more than we had already paid. I would have chosen from some nicer options that were available for the price we paid. But it was still worth it. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beautiful scenery in this area.

Great condo unit; recommend for solo or couples!

I stayed in David's unit for a week. Smooth check-in, conveniently located right between Bryce and Zion (1.5 hr from both) and 15min away from Cedar Breaks *highly recommended to visit*. Kitchen is well-equipped and should have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Internet speed: 10 down/2 up mbps for those wondering. Consistent and stable for video calls; just don't expect to stream 4K!
