Property was perfect size for us and our dog. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were comfortable, though they are on the softer side so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firm mattress. Only hiccups were several bags of dog doo left on the outside patio by the previous guests (a bit of a bad impression out of the gate) and could not reach the host after check-in to receive the code for the hot tub/sauna area. Did receive the code on day 2\. We've been coming up to Brian Head for years and used to stay at the Best Western however now that that's gone We do not like staying at either of the hotels. This lovely place was clean, comfortable, and most important for me is it was quiet. No loud parties no loud neighbors just what We needed. My boyfriend's an avid snowboarder and I like to go on snowy walks or just take naps read books and relax from a busy life.We will be back! ##### Janis C.
