I've had 5 great stays, but this one was pretty bad. It all came down to the bathroom. Either there wasn't a fan, or the fan wasn't working. That was just an annoyance. The bad part was the shower. There was a tub and NO handles! I am disabled, and required assistance to enter and exit the shower. I almost needed help IN the shower. It's standard nowadays to have that sort of thing come standard, so I never had to ask before. It's pretty embarrassing to have to request that sort of thing at check-in. But I guess if it prevents me from slipping and breaking my neck, I'll have to start. Ick." On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at the front desk asking what happened the night before, I spent the entire night smelling this toxic air, nobody even message me even when they realized my belongings still at my room which allegedly they went to see if someone was there! Not even an apology I received from anyone in that hotel. Terrible customer service!!"
