It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies! We had stayed on Spring Lane many times over the years as our friends owned the house across the street, so we were familiar with the area. Yard is big and balcony outside is nice. Have to get around in a car but we were able to walk to the beach. It would be more practical to have two bathrooms (only had one bathroom on the main floor). It was ok for us as we were only 3 people but if we were 8 people it would have been more complicated). The current owners have updated and simplified the furnishings and the management company is pleasant, professional and responsive.
