My family loves to come to Brevard several times a year to hike and bike. This was by far the worst rental we have stayed in, Brevard or otherwise, despite the price being the same. The walls and doors in the bedrooms and bathroom were dirty, with paint also peeling in the bathroom. This wasn't evident in the evident in the listing pictures. All three mattresses were very thin and hard, with one of the bed frames shaking violently any time you moved. We only stayed one night of our two-night booking as we were all so uncomfortable, both with the beds and the state of disrepair.
