Ideal Downtown Location! Beautiful newly renovated vacation bungalow

Come and visit our newly and completely renovated 1940 in town home. You will enjoy the light and open feel of this home. It is a 2 bedroom /1 bath, 1300 square foot home with new central air and heat, wireless internet, smart televisions with cable, natural stone gas fireplace, bright and cheerful sunroom, and beautiful granite countertops on custom built cabinets. Some of the home's original features were kept and enhanced such as the front door, archways, windows and hardwood floors which gives the home a nice mix of old and new. There is a large yard with privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, garage for bike storage, front deck with seating and new landscaping. The home location is perfect, situated between Downtown and Brevard College in a quiet side-walk lined desirable neighborhood. It is an easy walk to restaurants, downtown micro brewery, shops, Franklin Park and Pool, Silvermont, Farmer's Market and the library. It is only driving minutes away from the Brevard Music Center and the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest.

Brevard is a quaint yet vibrant little town set in the middle of "The Land of Waterfalls" with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, natural water slides and gorgeous waterfalls. It hosts several festivals, outdoor music concerts and biking events. Brevard is 25 minutes from the Asheville Airport and 40 minutes from the Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville.

Mountain Getaway

This property was super clean and convenient to many waterfalls, Chimney Rock and Mount Mitchell. Easy walk to Main Street for shopping, Brevard Brewery and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again!

Lovely home close to town

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and clean home. It is located close to nice restaurants in town and also close to trails in the Pisgah national forest. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, and nice seating areas in and outside of the home. We would definitely return!

What a wonderful stay we had at this perfect little home. I could live there full time! Great neighborhood and everything you need within walking distance. All of the downtown restaurants and little shops so close by! Will definitely stay there again!

This house was absolutely amazing and exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to downtown Brevard. It was just what we were looking for and we had a wonderful visit. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Bungalow

We had a great stay at this cozy bungalow. This home is immaculate and well equipped. The beds in both rooms are super comfy. Close to lovely downtown Brevard and the college. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this lovely Brevard cottage stocked with everything we needed. From this great location, we went on walks around town as well as Brevard College keeping a running tally of the white squirrels spotted - twenty white squirrels in five days!

Second stay, same wonderful experience

Such a lovely home, we particularly love the sun porch!! This is by far the best appointed VRBO we've stayed in and it rivals a top-tier resort for cleanliness. The neighborhood is so friendly and beautiful, and Brevard is a hidden gem with a quaint downtown and wonderful restaurants. You'll want for nothing and leave wishing you could stay longer.

Excellent location and amenities. All is as described in booking. Iwould recommend a level 2 charger for EV travelers as they are frequently full at nearby Brevard College. Also a King size bed would be awesome.

house was in a great location in downtown brevard. home was clean and comfortable. had all of the amenities we needed. a fence back yard was great since we had our dog with us. we even saw white squirrels which brevard is noted for. had a great long weekend and would highly recommend this home.

Great Place

We have stayed here several times. It is always clean. Julie is a great communicator and everything just works. You can't beat the location. I've tried to get the owners to sell me the house a few times, with no luck so far.

Perfect hiking getaway

This bungalow was the perfect getaway for us to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Pisgah and the lovely downtown amenities of brevard! We were pleasantly surprised with welcome snacks for us and a dog bone for our fur baby! The house had everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine!

Lovely home!

Beautifully renovated home, clean and amply stocked with everything you need. Owners are great to work with. The house is located several blocks from Brevard College and an easy walk to all the downtown attractions. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!

This house and neighborhood were lovely. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We brought our two young children and dog. The fenced in backyard was a plus. We especially enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and playing at the park down the street. The drive to the charming Brevard downtown area takes about two minutes. We hope to be able to return next summer. It was a perfect getaway from the Florida heat!
