'The Cottage at Franklin Park' is conveniently located in downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Located in the Franklin Park neighborhood, directly across the street from 'The Big Play' and City Pool. Just a stones throw from Main Street shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Brevard College, Silvermont and Transylvania County Library. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, dining room for 6, living room with fireplace and cable TV, wireless internet and a fantastic screen porch. Property also has a fenced in backyard with deck area. Local attractions include....Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the ever popular Sliding Rock. Perfect Brevard Cottage

We needed a place in downtown Brevard to visit friends and check on our property. House was perfectly located near restaurants and shops and was quaint and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, home away from home

This property is clean and spacious! We loved everything about it. The huge porch with swing was a bonus! The beds were really comfortable. The enclosed backyard was great too. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Best Cottage in Brevard

This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!

Idyllic

The home combined modern convenience and appointment with classic, southern design. It was a realtor's dream for location, location, location. The park across the street and a short walk to town made it superb. Thank you to the hosts for such a great stay.

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. It was very comfortable. Beds were lovely and lots of bedding, towels, kitchen amenities to allow for making meals at home. The location of the home is across from an excellent park for kids and close to downtown and groceries. Brevard is a very walkable place and this home is in the centre of it all while still allowing for quiet. Host was available if needed and check in was seamless.

Franklin Park Cottage

The Cottage is exactly as photographed. The across the street access to Franklin Park to enjoy walking, seeing many white squirrels, and the family vibe was great. I particularly enjoyed the screened front porch. The neighborhood it is very nice. Downtown Brevard is about a 15 minute walk. I will return next summer.

Perfect

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.

Waterfall Adventure

Great little cottage in an amazing neighborhood that is within walking distance to downtown. The first block is uphill, but then it’s smooth sailing to enjoy the wonderful downtown area. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and included plentiful supplies which is always a plus. The beds were comfy and towels fluffy. Some of the kitchen utensils could use replacing, but we made it all work. The front porch was my favorite spot and the weather was perfect to sit and enjoy the sounds of the friendly neighborhood. The weather was also perfect to explore the nearby waterfalls and breweries. Highly recommend this wonderful home. Great communication with host! We hope to return again soon!!

Cute cottage close to Brevard

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage in Brevard, North Carolina. It was a beautiful neighborhood, very close to town and also to many of the waterfalls, which we hiked. I wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days. I will say that the mattresses are not comfortable. We just dealt with it. Other than that, we had everything we needed. And we appreciate that we could bring our dog with us. If she wasn’t with us, we crated her and it worked out perfect.

Can’t beat this house, location, neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful and convenient accommodations. The home, fenced backyard and neighborhood were perfect for us and our dog. We found everything we needed in the house and felt right at home while visiting family in Brevard.
